#AMWRITING

If you know me in real life, you know that Emi, Nate, Jack, Livvy, Jon, Trey, Max and Will are my life. I love these characters. I love their interactions. Their histories. Their families. I love everything about them. Their stories are not complete.

Make Waves is now available for pre-order and will be released on May 1, 2019!

A Holland and a Fighter is scheduled to be released on July 15, 2019.

I’m currently writing Leaving New York. the final “Hollandtown” book. In the historical timeline, I don’t see any coming after this one… but I could see some filling in gaps before it.

Steven’s series is suspended until further notice. It just doesn’t feel timely anymore.

  1. I absolutely love your books!! i am not working right now so i have been reading as much as i can! im reading olivia currently.. literally just started. and i wanted to see when livvy was coming out. i dislike when i keep getting books that the final one to that series is not out yet but i will wait!! you keep on doing what youre doing and i will keep reading everything!! thank you for taking up so much of my time it has bene worth it!! 🙂

  2. The other I was discussing with one of your readers and she was right about Steven’s books, time-wise, I though they were after Choisie. I love Jack so it would be interesting to get to know Steven more after what you said.

I love your books and I can’t wait until the last book of the Choisie Series.♥

  3. Mrs. Otto-

There’s not enough space here, or time, to explain how much I value, cherish, and completely adore the Emi Lost and Found series! These books shook me to the core, and I cried countless tears of sorrow and triumph. I read that you’re a part-time writer and I wish there was something I could do to catapult these stories so everyone knew of them and of course, they would fall in love! I have a few devoted readers in my life and I now have them reading them too! As I said above, there are so many things I need and want to say, but will have to some other time! I can’t thank you enough for how beautifully and honestly you write….. you are honestly the best author I have ever encountered, better to me than my beloved, Nicholas Sparks.

Again, I cherish these books and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    1. Wow!! Katie, thank you so much for the kind words. I’m so happy the books touched you… so much so that you’d share them with others!

I wish more people knew about them, too. I’d love nothing more than to give you all more stories… but I’m doing my best to split my time anyway. Writing makes me happy in ways nothing else does. 😊

Happy new year to you, and again, thank you!!

  4. I have just finished the lost and found series and I saw on good reads that there are two others…love lost and dying man that are out. But I can not find them to download. Where do I get these?

  5. I got Not Today when it was on Bookbub and immediately purchased the Emi series afterward. I must have read all four in maybe a week..and thats with two little kids at home…i was totally addicted. I finished them a few days ago and they still play though my mind frequently. Reading them in chronological order got me hooked on the characters. I cried so much through Time Stands Still. Jack reminds me so much of my husband, and I love that. But heres my issue, Ive read the synopsis of Contessa and Im just too afraid to read it because Im afraid Jack will be hurt and I just cant handle Jack getting hurt. He’s so lovely. And Emi frustrates me with all her insecurities but then I remember all my insecurities before I married my ‘jack’ and I just see why these books stay with me so much….anyway, is there hope that my heart wont be broken for Jack if I start Contessa and that series?!

    1. Your heart may break, but it’s brief and will be mended in the same book. I love seeing Jack and Emi as parents, and Emi’s no longer insecure like she once was. I think it’s probably my favorite book that I’ve written. Children really do complete them as a couple. I think you’d be missing out if you didn’t read it. 🙂

Thank you so much for reading, and for the sweet message!! Let me know what you decide.

  6. I just want you to know how much I enjoyed the Emi series and boy did I cry! I am now in the middle of Contessa and was so happy to learn there are two more in that series! You have a knack for writing stories that the reader can fully immerse themselves in and where we can forget all else! I don’t usually make it a point to write on author’s pages…but your books…and I have read dozens of them in this genre..are at the top of my list!
